Have your own mechanic check the vehicle before buying. Its killing me because I really wanted to give them a good review. They were friendly enough when we bought the vehicle, but our experience went downhill from there. We had purchased the vehicle with the condition that it would pass inspection, and that if it didn't, OneStop would take care of it. At that time, they agreed to those conditions. After we got the vehicle home we realized that the inspection station hired by OneStop (Als Used Auto Parts in Belmont, NH) had put on the wrong month sticker. We contacted OneStop and Mark passed the buck, even though he was the one who contracted with Als shop. After more discussion, he eventually said that hed call the inspection station to see what they wanted to do. After a few days of us following up with Mark, asking for updates and hearing that that the inspection station wouldnt get back to him, we decided to just get the vehicle inspected again by our local mechanic, who told us that the vehicle had major safety issues and needed just under $2,000 in work to pass inspection. This is our long-time, very honest mechanic who usually passes all our vehicles with no problems. We contacted OneStop and they would do exactly zero for us. We had also purchased the warranty at Marks recommendation, but the warranty company said they wouldnt pay for repairs because the mechanical problems were pre-existing. So we had to shell out almost $2,000. My guess is that OneStop contracts with this inspection station that will basically rubber-stamp most of the vehicles for them, but its not accurate or thorough. So if you want to buy a vehicle from OneStop, have your own mechanic check it out first.
