        They refused service because they didnt hear me correctly. I asked them to make it correct and I would pay the difference. They refused and told me I was no longer welcome there. My innocent baby did not get to have her breakfast this morning due to their horrible customer service.

        I Got one of their signiture lattes and extra cookie toppings. And when i got my drink no whip cream no suger toppings if anything it was a dusting. Im not sure why i have to pay to customize my drink if im not getting what i want.
