        Unreasonable. Citizens values procedure over customer service. Refused to cash my Savings Bond. I closed my account and took my bond to another bank. Other bank cashed it immediately. Not for Citizens.

        Closed and they took all the atms out. How can you deposit money when all your locations atms are broken or removed?
