I had a great first experience with Policy W&P. My water (well) went out at midnight so I googled, read reviews, sent an email and got a call first thing the next morning with someone at my home within an hour - everything was exceptional. Tyler and Ryan arrived, were friendly yet professional, surveyed the situation thoroughly, provided a few options (that were inline with Google research), and got to work immediately. Within the time frame Tyler stated all work was completed, explained and appreciated. Im thrilled and happy to recommend.

The guys from Policy did a great job refurbishing an old well (new pump, pipe, wiring, extended casing). The work went smoothly and they explained each step clearly. They needed to do some excavating close to the house and exercised great care to avoid any damage, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area before leaving. I would recommend them unconditionally!

Policy Well & Pump has been my well and water company for over 30 years. In that time they have ALWAYS answered my phone calls... even in my most recent emergency situations one at 11:00 PM on a Sunday night when my well pump sprung a leak. I have a water treatment system from them and have a well they installed, and years ago diagnosed one well pump that was hit by lightning and removed and installed a new one and provided information for my home insurance claim. Their workers are professional courteous and knowledgable. Skip is the best ....and answered my most recent emergency call. It is refreshing today to have a business that actually has customer service and has real people answer the telephone and resolve your water/well issue. M. Rose Derry, NH
