        I just had my septic tank pumped by Thompson's. They found the tank cover right away (we only had a vague idea of where it was), and were fast, efficient, friendly, and resonably priced. They also gave good advice about maintaining the system. I will definitely be using them again.

      According to our phone records, you called once on 11/15 around 5 PM and we reached out to you and made contact with you less than 24 hours after your initial call and voicemail. You responded by sending over your contact information to schedule with us. However, unbeknownst to me, you had already given us a poor review in which was very disheartening as you made the review without speaking to any member of our team. Furthermore, we did return your call within a timely manner. We ask our customers to give us a little grace and allow us 24 hours to respond to voicemails that are left for routine pump outs. We are confused as to why we got this poor review when we made contact with you less than 24 hours after your call. I attempted to post the phone and text records however, Google will not allow it.
