Window World Garden State West

This is the second time I've used Window World to replace old windows and sliding doors in my home. Both times, the work was completed on time and on budget. The crew does extremely good work, the costs are reasonable, and the quality of the windows is excellent. I will continue to use Window World for future replacements.

Expcellent experience with replacement windows. From the day we ordered to the day of install was about 4 weeks. The installation crew did a great job- they were prompt and clean. Would definitely recommend. We will return for doors.

**Updated Review**It took quite sometime to get our windows replaced with new windows. But we are now happy with the new replacement windows that were brought to us a few months back. Also, needed to have a window tech come to our home about a month or two ago to fix our window locks as they were not locking properly. Turns out that our windows were missing important brackets that would help keep the center window from moving from the center. Seems like on installation day about 3 years ago, the installers forgot to put them on. But besides that, thank you so much to Larry who personally came and replaced our windows, our Sales Representative Robert who helped us every step of the way until everything was resolved and also to Pam, who would always give us a call to follow up on our window replacements! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Truly grateful. Extremely happy with our windows!

We recently upgraded all 20 windows in our home using Window World services. Larry, at the Flemington showroom, provided comprehensive guidance by showcasing samples and explaining the technical aspects of window construction, aiding us in our decision-making process. Robert, our sales representative, presented us with various options and offered a competitive quote. Within 8 weeks of placing our order, the installation was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to our daily routine. The installation team demonstrated professionalism and ensured a tidy cleanup afterward. Although one pane was damaged during transit, it was promptly replaced a few weeks later, with a temporary panel installed in the interim. Additionally, when we encountered a draft issue with one of the windows this winter, Larry promptly addressed and resolved the issue. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Window World Garden State West.
