On 10/24/2021 i received an estimate for a replacement furnace and installation. In a few days we agreed on terms and he said he was busy. I said ok I' flexible just let me know when you can install. Around 1/14/2022 I thought I waited long enough he started the repair on the 24th. He did the first 2 zones repair and came back later to add zone 3.. I have been using Nest thermostats since 2011 with this exact same furnace and heating system. FS replaced my current furnace with a new one. The heat never worked properly, he blamed it on the Nest thermostat since he said they were the worst you could have. To test this I replaced them with Honeywell not wifi thermostats. Still doesn't work. In fact if you disconnect the thermostats it just overheats one zone to the point walking with bare feet on the floor is uncomfortable. Only 1 zone out of 3 works properly. I have been calling him several times a week since then, leaving messages, text, and an email and to date he hasn't called me back or showed up to fix heat. The estimate came with 10 year parts and 5 year labor warranty. But my heat never worked right. Only relief is to shut furnace off or roast your feet in the 2nd floor bathrooms and freeze in the first floor bath and kitchen. So I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am writing this review to warn other people. No one should have to spend so much money and have no heat in one zone and uncontrolled heat that will not shut off in another zone.. It's to the point that I am bringing in another contractor to repair my heating system so next winter I'll have heat. It seems wrong for them not to return calls or explain why the don't return calls. Totally unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. Nothing but lies and false promises. So beware and get an honest contractor to do your work. Service: Heating system repair

They were VERY proficient and well as professional. They even went above and beyond by giving me a credit for work they had done a few days before when a different part broke on my original hearting unit, which was over 25 years old. I don't know about any one else, but when was the last time you had some one give you a credit. For work done after something different broke and they had to return. I can answer that for me "NEVER"!
