So my experience was odd overall and am giving 3 stars due to when I first arrived and one of the front desk reps assisted me and my wait was short. Please note, I was here for a referral from my general dentist so its not my regular office and my only time going. I was here for a growth on the side of my tongue and to see what steps can be taken. The dentist took a picture with his cell phone of a growth on the side of my tongue (not sure if thats regular procedure). However, the 3 stars is also because the dentist referred me to the Rutgers School of Dentistry to get treated with the student program. I found this odd. Also, while I was sitting in the chair, I recieved a bill and a receipt for a payment with my name on it but was told it wasnt under my name just processed as a payment with my name. I found this odd as well. So Ill seek out another oral surgeon office for my biopsy.

Dr. Calat has worked on my teeth multiple times, and each time he explained everything thoroughly, was very gentle, and did an excellent job. Highly recommended A+ oral surgeon.

Dr. Calat is an attentive and caring surgeon. He treated my very nervous daughter with sensitivity and made her feel comfortable about her procedure. Along with excellent care, he puts patients at ease.

Ive now had three wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Calat. He is so kind and calming, and consistently made sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedures, which have been quick and truly painless. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I pay out of pocket and the exceptional care is worth every penny.
