        I just had the pleasure of Speaking to Priscilla from my Allstate office. Priscilla was so knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and most importantly, extremely patient with all of my questions. She took the time to explain to me every aspect of my auto policy billing. Priscilla also had no problem when I wanted to discuss my homeowners policy. She went over my coverages, and also explained to me different aspects of how my policy worked. I was shopping policies this morning, thinking that I could possibly get a better rate elsewhere. I am paying less now than what was quoted to me online from other companies by sticking with Allstate and changing my policy type. What a valuable team member Allstate has in Priscilla! TL
