I ordered a new Sprinter 2500 3 months ago and it actually arrived about 2 weeks early. The vehicle was cleaned in and out and looked great. My salesman was Ruben and he kept me well informed the whole way and promptly answered any questions I had. I made changes along the way and he was more than happy to accommodate me. If your looking for a new work truck or luxury van thus is the place to go. They didn't keep calling me when I was making a decision between 2 vehicle manufacturers they did t email me over and over like the other dealer did a d made everything very easy and comfortable. I left the dealership yesterday with my new truck with a feeling that I did get what I ordered and at a very fair price. If your looking for a new work vehicle or just an everyday vehicle thus is the dealership to go to haggle free purchasing. They didn't keep calling me and emailing me when I was making a decision and when you order a new vehicle your not committed to buying it if you don't like it. When mine arrived Ruben called me right away to let me know it arrived and to come look at it to make sure its really what I wanted and it was . It came with a different floor in the back than what I ordered but they ran out of a certain material so they put in the better floor at no charge and also got a color for no charge after all most work trucks are white like the other dealerships they offer other colors but will charge you a premium price just for a color but not Mercedes you have many options to choose from. I will definitely be back as I'm a growing contractor and will hopefully need more trucks In the near future and they are now my go to dealer for work vehicles excellent job to all of you at Mercedes Van Center of Maple Shade great job!!!!!
