RU Living- Premium Off-Campus Housing near Rutgers

The staff at 12 Bartlett is amazing. Other than that, this apartment is extremely overpriced. For starters, we got a different layout than other apartments, making our bedrooms smaller than the size of a dorm for 2 people. The worst part continues to be the over $100 utility bills each month, which we just learned is a result of paying for the ENTIRE buildings water, not just each individual apartment. The utilities at 12 Bartlett in a 4 person apartment cost more than a family of 5 home.

Fix the laundry machines, feels like every week a machine is broken especially the dryers

Review of 48 Wyckoff St New Brunswick and owner/landlord Rod Moskowitz. Poorly maintained building and owner attempts to withhold security alleging damages and maintenance on items that landlord should be responsible for including painting, broken items previously broken and never repaired. Money making scam to fleece money out of unsuspecting students. Obvious landlord never puts a dime in to maintain this property which looks like a rathole. Should be fined for all the violations in this run down and filthy building. BEWARE renting this property as landlord will attempt to keep your security deposit and blame tenants for his lack of maintenance as an owner

The fact that RU Living provides wheelchair-accessible doorways in their apartments made me very happy. It simplified the process of moving in and out for me. It is admirable that they are so dedicated to accessibility.
