I called Window Plus Home Improvement because I had a leak from one of my windows. They checked the window and told me I need to replace it. I got a second opinion and found out that the window is fine but the leak is coming from missing aluminum siding of the window itself. Their response and advise after calling them 4 times was that the window needs to be replaced for a charge of $350. Replacing the window would not solve the problem, fixing the aluminum siding of the window will solve the problem. When I called them to confront them with this issue, their manager told me he has no time for me and that their job is to measure the window only, and that it is my job to know the problem and I should tell them what should be done. Very nice window people, incompetent. They want $350 to replace a window that does not need to be replaced. I'm not sure if they are sending the right or qualified people to check the windows. I like to warn everyone to reconsider calling "Window plus" and not to trust their findings.
