        High unprofessional staff. The manager was laughing at me and did not seem to care for my issue or have any sympathy. Her employee was rude as well. They didnt care to provide an explanation or come up with any resolution to make me happy. Its their way or nothing. Very poor customer service. The staff is only nice when you give them money but the moment theirs an issue their attitude changes. Worst mistake renewing my lease and a waste of money. Its always problem after problem here. Constantly have to deal with bugs and water leaking.

        Carly made my 1st apartment search and experience so amazing! It was so good I returned for a 2nd viewing. Her communication, care and dedication literally made this a cake walk lol .. she helped my mom surprise me and everything. If she ddnt already she definitely needs a raise lol

        First time renter here and Carly was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was prompt in responding to my questions, sending me pictures and videos of the place as I requested, and was friendly throughout. She even went above and beyond and held a package that shipped early.

      Bella, We are very sorry to see your review and absolutely assure you, we do not hurt kittens. We are a pet-friendly community and any Resident who wishes to have up to two pets are welcome to come into the onsite Leasing Office, complete the required paperwork, pay the fees, and enjoy their pet in their apartment home. What we do not allow is feeding feral cats (or any type of wild animals), and allowing them in the building's basements bringing with them all types of issues.
