        Generally, I love coming to this UPS. The man who I believe is the owner is a wonderful person and is so helpful! lately I have been seeing new staff members and today's experience was not so great. I came in with three items which I used the self kiosk for (which they recommend, especially when there is a big line!) and generated labels for. My one particular item was packed and labeled, but all that was missing was a piece of tape. I went up to the young lady with the glasses at the register and I asked if I could have a piece of tape., otherwise the shipment is ready to go. she told me it would be $2. To my disbelief, Isaid really ? for a single piece of tape? she said well it would be a few pieces of tape. and yes, it'll be $2. Are you kidding me? She couldn't spare me a piece of tape? Now I have to drive all the way home & come back for a lowsy peice of tape? sometimes being nice goes a long way ...

        This UPS is the best it gets. They have a self service kiosk that allows people who don't need help to skip the line, and the staff are super friendly. I had a high value package that I wasn't home to sign off on. Needless to say, I was super disappointed that I missed it, but Sam and Shaun were helpful when I called and tracked down the package so I knew exactly when I could come to the store to pick it up. Post offices aren't always the most fun place to be, but this UPS helps you get in and out while providing excellent customer service. Thank you!

      Hello Priya, thank you for your continued business at our location. Although I am disheartened your first review of us is only 3 stars and not 5 considering your previous positive encounters. Unfortunately, we did used to provide complimentary tape for customers who were unprepared, but due to people taking advantage of our kindness we have been forced to change policy regarding this. In the future I recommend verifying the instructions provided by amazon as they will indicate either "customer packed" or "no box no label" For all other vendors besides Amazon, customer packaging is usually required unless specified otherwise.
