My wife and I have been going to Regency Jewelers and seeing Eddie for over 20 years. We have never been disappointed in any aspect of his services or inventory. We will be life long customers as long as hes open!

Regency Jewelers was by far not only the best business, but jeweler I have ever been to. My husband got a necklace from his grandmother over 20 years ago that he wears daily. The charm clasp worn down so much it wouldnt hold the charm anymore. My husbands birthday was on Valentines Day and the jewelry broke on a Sunday. I only had 2 days to find a jeweler that would fix it. I called Regency and they not only took me same day, but they fixed it same day knowing the time crunch. When I came to pick it up, they made sure it was cleaned, wrapped, and ready to be gifted. I could not believe the kindness and professionalism there. Although they never promised they could accommodate me on the same day, I knew that they would get it down ASAP. A business that puts their customers needs first, is the one who deserves your dollar. Dont waste your time on big businesses or chains. They dont care like Regency did.
