I met the owner as I was driving up the street and saw an insurance sign. I pulled over and went in, we spoke about my insurance needs and we did a quote filling in the gaps in my coverages. Leslie is very knowledgeable and I received excellent customer service. I am never leaving!

My experience with Leslie has been an exceptionally good one. Ive worked with her for over 3 years, during a very difficult period in which I had to sort out insurance needs while contending with a gratuitously messy divorce. Leslie is unbelievably competent and kind- a rare combination. She takes her job seriously and with pride in performance, while being an exceptionally good human being. She is responsive and accessible, knowledgeable and creative about meeting particular needs in the most cost-efficient way. She is utterly reliable, and reliably kind. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She honestly is one of the best people Ive worked with, a gem in every sense of the word.
