My only issue is the parking attendant poor customer service/attitude (sorry for not being PC). SP+ needs to invest in parking meters or allow North Elizabeth monthly commuters the option to buy their monthly passes online or via a meter(s). The parking attendant starts at 6:00 am, which doesn't benefit park and ride commuters that have to be on the 5:38 am train, which is the first train out. Next train out is at 6:07 am but with NJ transit forever cancelling that train due to PTC doesn't help me. So every first of the month I'm always late to work because I have to wait for the attendant to be good and ready to issue monthly passes. Frankly, she unpleasant to deal with and I'd rather pay in advance or use a meter just to avoid her. I will admit one month she was kind enough to take my money at 5:50 am since the 6:07 train was cancelled that day and I had to run to catch the bus to get to work. In this day in age and advance technology why don't you have parking meters at this location? Aside from that the rates are reasonable, parking lot cleared, and well lit.
