Cambria Hotel West Orange

This is a very chic and fashionable quiet spot right outside of NYC. The resturants in the area are a plus and the staff provides over the top customer service

Traveled 4 hours to get to this hotel and when I arrived they were overbooked even after making reservations ahead of time. Never called or emailed me to let me know. Very upset!!!!!

Arrived Saturday night to a very busy and loud lobby. A 70th birthday party was happening, luckily, on our third floor room it was nice and quiet. Sunday morning the lobby area was just as loud and busy with church services. We were frustrated to not be given room keys. Apparently the system was downso we had to be escorted by the lobby clerk to our room and let into our room. We finally got keys for our third night there. The bottom sheet was not large enough to be tucked in and bunched up. Our room was not made up after the first night so we requested it but it was not done. We tried to follow it up but were told our room number was not on the list even though we saw the front desk clerk write it down as she promised that she would have it done. Breakfast was posted to be available until 10 am but on Monday morning at 9 am nothing was available. Luckily an Panera is nearby. Ugh. Never again.
