My Windows 10 PC lost some registry entries that could not be corrected using any of the standard tools. Not only did Josh get my computer up and running again, but he also managed to save all my data in the process, AND gave me a machine that is much faster and more reliable than the one I brought in. Josh is very professional, and you never get the gimmicky feel of dealing with a big box store. His prices are more than fair, and I had my computer back in less than 48 hours. I couldn't have asked for more. This is the only place to take a computer. I also have to give a shout out to Penny the shop dog. She's the best greeter a business could have.

Great Work! For years, I thought I could keep my 2011 Dinasaur Dell tower working by myself. It would take 5 minutes to start up and was very slow overall. Then more and more, it would just Crash, Freeze, Blue Screen, etc. I realized I had two options... actually take it somewhere to get it "Fixed" or buy a new Computer. I took it to J-Bit Tech. They explained that overall the system was functional, but the hard drive was long past lifespan. So, I agreed to have them transfer everything to a new solid-state drive and do some performance tweaking. OMG, it's a new computer! It starts up in 10 Seconds and is much faster than it has been in a long time. Also, it's stable again. All this at a fraction of a new-buy price. Thanks J-Bit Tech!
