Very rude manager(Monica)these stores need to do better about who they hire as managers instead of someone who walks around with a chip on their shoulder and is crass to customers as soon as they get on the phone with a question. Acted like it was so beneath her just to answer questions about a product when its literally her job! If you dont know the answer you can find out, point me in the right direction or at least not be rude. Was looking to spend a good amount of money at their photo center but she was too lazy and rude to help me out so wont be spending my money here. Managers are supposed to have customer service skills. I can only imagine how she treats employees(rude management makes business fall apart FYI) anyway, due to terrible customer service i will never do business at this location.
