People who wrote 5 star reviews were bribed with a deposit off their first months rent. Really, very, poor quality, incompetent staff and unclean building. They take advantage of underprivileged people. Please BEWARE. Managed by stunningly low IQ individuals.

Easy move in experience and nicely renovated/very clean apartments. The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly. A special thanks to Ashley (manager) who assisted in this process the entire way. She is very professional, kind and knowledgable!

Ashley is an amazing person! she made the process of applying in getting me and my boyfriends apartment easy and simple. if we had a question or major issue she went out of her way to answer and fix them!! thanks again Ashley!

The service was amazing. Ashley is so nice and thoroughly explained everything I wanted to know about living in the area. She answered all of my questions to ask before I could ask even ask them and she helped get me into a place within a couple days which is exactly what I needed.

I have enjoyed living at Mt. Taylor apartments for three years. The apartments have all recently been updated with new appliances and tile flooring. We have on sight maintenance. And the apartments are conveniently located close to shopping with Smiths, Family Dollar, laundromat, Hospital and Health Clinics.The leasing office, Real Property Management, are always courteous and are prompt with addressing any concerns that may come up.
