Since LANB became Enterprise Bank & Trust customer service has been a mixed bag. The people in Kansas City I talk too are very helpful and generally responsive. My issue -- and the reason for this rating -- is that when I have an issue that can only be handled at the local branch level I CAN NOT call them. The local phone number forwards to their call center in KC. The only way I can talk to them locally is to physically go into the bank and frequently there is no one who can help me or can give me accurate information. My time has value!! Your economies of scale are driving customers away!

Highly recommend Claudia Reidys at Enterprise bank for help getting a mortgage loan. I cannot imagine it going better than it did. Claudia was exceptionally responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. It would have been a very stressful experience if we hadn't had her help. 100%, this is your go to place in Los Alamos for a mortgage loan.

Think New Mexico has been banking with Enterprise Bank & Trust and their predecessor for over 22 years. We appreciate their personalized and exceptional service. They are the best bank in New Mexico!

The staff of Enterprise Bank and Trust were infinitely helpful when my wife and I decided to buy our most recent home. We purchased through the sellers directly and because we didn’t have a realtor guiding us through the process we found ourselves with many questions along the way. Our mortgage officer, Claudia Reidys, was a huge help to us over the past couple of months as we went through all the steps necessary to purchase our home. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend this bank, and Claudia in particular, to anyone who finds themselves ready to purchase a new home. 5 Stars!
