Constantly leaving trash in my can and then we receive an email saying everything must be bagged because their equipment.. we try to bag everything but with 2 children, not every thing makes its way to a bag. They should not be in the trash business if they dont have the right equipment. I pay every month for a service that they fail time and time again to provide. Also, constantly leaving a mess behind that I have to clean up!

Bad service its not fair for the employees to have to dig out the bags also they dont take all my trash its also not fair for the customers that all our trash isnt getting taken i pay every month on auto pay i dont pay half the bill like they only take half my trash its not our fault they dont have the right equipment to do their job

Nothing good to say about the service in Elephant Butte. Never know if the antique truck is going to make another week or pick up will be after dark by truck and trailer with liquid dripping out the bottom

UPDATE 4/5/2023: Since writing this review, Valley Sanitation has really stepped up their game and not missed a pickup! Bravo! Keep up the good work! In the three months we've had this service, they've been out one time without having to call and complain about missing their scheduled pickup. The bins sit out on the curb for weeks while waiting for them to get their act together. Animals try to get into the trash while we wait. If I had another option, I'd take it!
