Anvoi Hospice

Anvoi Hospice was a great comfort in assisting my family with caring for my grandmother. Having in home care was essential to my grandmother who was losing her mobility. Anvoi staff were very respectful of my grandmothers boundaries while coming to work with a sense of humor and exuberance for their clientele. My mother and I have found great solace in Anvois services, especially the Chaplains who guided us through this process and who are still in touch after my grandmother has passed away. I believe that her quality of life was improved by the sweet and understanding care providers my family and I have been assisted by.

This is long, but I dont know how else to express the impact of ANVOIs service on what was an extremely sensitive and difficult time in my familys life. My mother had been a resident of Taos Healthcare in Taos, New Mexico. My sibling and I live in other parts of the company so we couldnt visit our mother as often as necessary to make sure she was getting the care she needed as her disease progressed. Once my mother was in ANVOIs care, the nurses provided compassionate and respectful care and support for all the daily things she needed and wanted done to make her more comfortable. The ANVOI nurses not only provided extra physical support, they listened to her and helped her make some of the more difficult end-of-life decisions. They further communicated all this to me and my brother so we could help her manage her affairs from a distance and maximize our time with her when we came into town to visit her. As her death became imminent, ANVOI chaplains began reaching out to us to offer my brother and I grief support. That support came lovingly and consistently throughout my mothers death process and after. Three months later at this writing, I am attending their very valuable online grief support group once a week, and can reach out to the chaplain if I need to. This comfort, plus all the support ANVOI provided prior to my mothers passing made a difficult process so much easier. I cannot recommend ANVOI enough as crucial end-of-life support for your loved one, your family and yourself. Five stars!

I can't thank Angie and her team at Anvoi Hospice enough. They are always so thoughtful and professional. We always feel taken care of! So important when times are tough. 5 stars.
