They are very unresponsive, and I wasted too much time chasing after them. At the start, I was able to get a plumber to come over to check out the job - he seemed knowledgeable and friendly. His boss was supposed to follow up with a quote in a few days, but a week went by with no communication. I followed up, and was told an estimate for the job would come in a few days. When nothing came, I followed up AGAIN. I got some more excuses and was told an estimate would come soon. No response. I ended up using someone else...

Actually, NO stars. Unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking even basic business courtesy. I took an unpaid day off to schedule a crucial sewer valve repair with Tim, making several calls early in the day to ask for the plumbers confirmation of the 3:30 appointment. I waited all day, got no return call, and by 5:30 Tim was still a no-show. With that, I realized then he never had any intention to bother with me, and that I should be grateful he proved to be such a deadbeat. No responsible professional acts that way, and it's likely Tim's plumbing work is as careless as his work ethic and poor behavior. Don't waste your time or your telephone call. There are plenty more reliable plumbers out there who know how to conduct a business
