Staff is very rude or racist ( I dont know) or unless I was having a bad day - they charged me extra for a shot of caramel but my latte was bland. I just dont understand whats the need for such behaviors? I mean we are paying for the food/drinks. We arent expecting anything for free. And I mean its 6$ latte - not that its cheap anyway.
