Store is well stacked however someone wrote a review about the employees and I have to second it. They barely acknowledge you any other day but weekends. I have done my eyebrows twice and its ok nothing amazing and today I have dye above and below my eyebrow hairs so thats fun. The more annoying part to me today was I asked about a price today (for the eyebrows) and the response I received was what does that have to do with the price . I worked in customer service for years and its the tone at which no one should be spoken to that way . If I am paying for anything I have a right to just question it. I do have her name but I am not out to get her in trouble . Just overall the staff should be nicer its not hard, its a choice.

Really awful customer service. I had booked an appointment upon arrival I was told shes not here yet, she also doesnt even work today after asking if there was someone I can talk to (and waiting 15 minutes) a manager came over who had to be the RUDEST person Ive ever met. Not once did she apologize about the mix up but tried to blame it on me for booking same day. I asked a few questions which were blatantly ignored and she then told me I could come back in two hours, which I couldnt do hence why I scheduled an early afternoon appointment originally. I tried asking why there is no protocol in place to review the books once opened to verify appointments and again I was blatantly ignored. This will be my last time frequenting Ulta. All I wanted was to have my hair colored to get rid of my grays that have appeared post baby and try and make me feel a little like myself again instead I left frustrated and in tears because as any new mom knows its not often we get to carve out time to take care of ourselves and instead of being understanding and helpful the manager was acting annoyed like she had better things to do. If youre thinking of booking do yourself a favor and dont.
