I went in today prepared to be harassed by pushy salesmen and was pleasantly surprised by Matt and the rest of the gang! Everyone was incredibly helpful and super friendly. I was honest about my budget intentions and really appreciated how respectful he was of it, which is not a common enough behavior in this industry. After throwing a few outside-the-box questions at him he was very honest about his own working knowledge and leaned on more specialized staff members for assistance. Leaving, I felt very good about the purchase I am about to make, and felt satisfied with the knowledge provided to me as well as the integrity of the crew as a whole. This is not a "wow look at the cool toy I bought" review, but rather a compliment to excellently trained staff who create a surprisingly relaxed environment for potential customers. If I had a sixth star to give it would be theirs!
