Put in a request to have my 1bedroom apartment cleaned. I added extra service to clean inside of the refrigerator. The time available on the website that I selected was in fact unavailable(11am) the following day, Elena called to make me aware. We rescheduled for later in the afternoon. She then mentioned it will only take an hour for regular clean, so I asked what is a regular clean?! Its impossible to clean an apartment including the refrigerator within an hour. 2-3 hours sounds more logical. Keep in mind my apartment is well maintained. She then stated she charge $100/hr. Ummmmm..false advertisement! No where on the website does it state such. There are options to select what you want to have completed and a quote is given with payment options. I still agreed to have her view the apartment and provide an accurate price. She then called the morning of stating she made a huge mistake and will not be available until next week! Very unreliable and unprofessional.

From the very first time I used this service I was in awe at how wonderful my apartment looked. It was like I just moved in She's always on time and does an amazing job I recommend Elena's services she affordable and does her job professionally ..
