Metropolitan Shuttle

Our driver, Corey, was very friendly and a safe driver. I could tell because I sat in the seat directly behind him. The weather was rainy and there were drivers cutting him off on the freeway, but he took it in stride and got us to and from our destination safely. Further, the bus was clean, and we appreciated the cold water available for our guests. I would use this service again and recommend it to others.

I cannot understate how great this experience was. From Scott setting everything up quickly at seamlessly to our AMAZING driver Celia. The communication I received throughout the process made the trip easy with no hassles. If you are looking for a shuttle service I would stop looking and go with Metropolitan.

I used Metropolitan Shuttle to book a bus on behalf of the Los Angeles Master Chorale's Lagrime Production. Due to flight issues, we ended up departing our airport 8 hours late. The drivers kept in contact with us throughout the day. For a moment it looked like we would need to switch arrival airports from Indianapolis to O'Hare. Elena worked far beyond to help us come up with alternative plans should that contingency have been needed. It was a Friday after hours. We simply can't thank her enough. Even with all of the problems with our flights, we had a driver waiting for us and we got to the right place. Dealing with Elena and Metropolitan Shuttle was the easiest and best part of the trip. The whole booking process was professional, but they went above and beyond during the day of travel. I can't recommend them enough, and we will most certainly use them again.
