James is super sweet and provided the best service in a comfortable environment. He was informative and helpful about aftercare and management of the area as well. I have been going to Tom (Armando) for over three years now. His quality of service and knowledge / understanding of all the treatments he offers at his studio is truly unparalleled. Getting Sugared can be an intimidating experience, however Tom makes each session feel comfortable and safe for his clients. I cannot tell you how many friends of mine I have recommended to him, all of which come back raving about their experience, saying they wished they would have gone to him sooner. I myself get treated once every four weeks, and cannot imagine going without it. If you are looking to get Sugared anywhere in the New York City area, this is absolutely the best place to do it.
