I'm a local investor in CT and I used them for one of my first major projects. They got the deal done, very good at communicating, good response time. The company isn't "TOO BIG" with all of the separate departments. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Great company. Very responsive team from closing, to draw requests, to funding . Most efficient I have seen on the market. I have closed with other lenders in the past and they take up too much time over frivolous things to close, to release draws, to fund . We are investors here; time is money. Silvan understands this. Have closed loans with them in less than a week. No red tape. No headaches . If the deal makes sense and the numbers work, they will make it happen.
