I just recently went to this parking garage and they busted my trunk light on my new 2020 Honda civic and its now costing me 560 for a new one I dont recommend going here they dont care for you or your car

May 20th, 6.57am. We arrived with a BestParking reservation (it was paid already) and the man that was working there just approached us to say there is not room for you. I mentioned that I reserved and paid already and he said going in the app and transfer it to another parking. He has not idea how the app works and definitely no proud of the job he is doing. 5 min after I found another park, I went back to took this picture and a car was being received.

I had booked this parking lot at 520 W 43rd St through the Spot Hero app for $181 for four days. However, when I got there, they did not let my vehicle in due to the lack of space. I had to look for another parking spot at the last minute and unfortunately it cost me $220. I think this was unfair to me because I had a reservation.
