I feel bad for writing this review but not content w/ my order at all- initially when ordering the sympathy arrangement, florist I spoke with was very nice and honest which i appreciated. Giving 2 stars as I ordered the Halcyon Heart Flower arrangement - includes Lilies, roses and Lisianthus. Called in the order so i could get more details on the arrangement and ensure delivery before the funeral. I was told there would be no issues and requested a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery if possible. Day of the delivery, called in to see if arrangement was delivered and photo was taken. Received photo shortly after calling and was looking very empty and missing the Lilies!! Called to inquire and was told she ran out of the lilies and to look online for policy which states will replace to fulfill price of arrangement. Also stated order was placed on a Friday which was day before delivery which I understand but she shouldve told me she was not going to have enough lilies as I called before end of day on Friday. The arrangement did not look full and was cheap looking - wished she called to ask me or let me know so I couldve requested for something else. Oh well- too late nothing can be done now. Just disappointed.

Donna is the absolute best at what she does. I've used her for a couple of different occasions, and I can always count on her for not only being professional and on time, but designing the most beautiful arrangements at a very fair and reasonable cost. She makes the process of floral arrangements easy and has the vision to bring your hopes to reality. My bouquets were stunning, center pieces classy, and the arbor display was beyond what I could have imagined. Highly highly recommend and will be using her service again! Thank you!!

Donna is amazing! She is so great to work with. It was such a nice experience working with her on my wedding florals. I got married in October and we worked with her for my rehearsal and wedding. She put together the most amazing, fall inspired florals. Donna listened to the exact type of flowers, fillers, and greenery I was looking for, including the colors. Everything was spot on what I wanted. We had bud vases with fall flowers for the rehearsal. For the wedding, we had various types of centerpieces, some all floral and some candles with bud vases. I had beautiful aisle pieces during my ceremony with similar flowers in my scheme and pampas grass. We also had a ceremony circle which was so amazing! It was beautiful. We choose pampas grass and flowers. Everyone loved it and we received so many compliments. Donna really is great to work with. She is very nice, listens to exactly what you want. You just can't get any better. She's great!!

Best florist in Hudson valley! Great cozy location with very friendly staff. Flowers are beautiful. Thanks for making someones day alot brighter..
