All Island Radiant

All Island Radiant did an outstanding job with upgrading my hydronic radiant heat system. Richard and James were professional, efficient and personable throughout the whole process. They replaced my previous boiler with a higher output and high efficiency tankless unit, replaced all manifolds and upgraded all thermostats for heat and AC including setting up Wifi controls. They are the only experts I would trust with any radiant heating needs.

The guy never called or emailed to cancel an appointment ,he just didn't show up, I didn't bother to call his back who needs someone like that working on their house Found someone else,a woman owned business who showed up and treated us with respect!

If you want to install or repair radiant heat, this is the company to call. Richard English, the proprietor is knowledgeable and professional. He is a true engineer and troubleshooter with many years of experience in radiant systems. Several years ago, we installed radiant floor heat throughout our home during a complete renovation using a different contractor that had some radiant experience, but obviously did not understand how different components would work together. The system worked well for only 2 years. Then serious problems began to occur throughout the entire system with rusty water in the tubing, clogged circulators, and back flow of heated water resulting in overheating of some areas and inadequate flow of water in others. After doing some research we decided to call All Island Radiant. Richard evaluated the system and developed a plan that would correct the problems created by the poor design and installation of our first system. The work was performed by All Island Radiant this summer and the system is up and running perfectly. Richard is responsive to our concerns, calls back promptly, and makes adjustments if needed. When you invest in radiant heat, you want a system that will work for many years. Don't even consider any other contractor for your big investment in Radiant. Service: Heating system repair

Our radiant heating system stopped working properly last year due to corrosion from the boiler clogging the valves controlling water circulation. After a few false starts, we finally called All Island Radiant and are glad we did. The other reviews pretty much sum it up- Richard English and his sons are professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and above all highly competent. We had to have the circulators and manifolds replaced and a heat exchanger installed to keep the circulating water separate from the boiler water. It was a big job, but Richard took the time to explain everything and what he proposed made sense. It took a while to get the parts as things were back-ordered, but Richard kept us updated in a timely fashion. The system came together just in time for us to have heat for the big cold snap (Dec. 2022). The crew made the effort (and one special trip for a quick fix) to get everything working and as a result we had heat for the holiday. Sitting here in a warm house I am smiling as I write this and am happy to offer my highest recommendation of All Island Radiant. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system installation
