My wife and I recently reviewed our situation and completely updated our estate planning documents. Mr. Enea and his staff had the answers to all our questions and advised on points of trust and estate law that we were not aware of. Furthermore, we prepared detailed healthcare proxies and orders so that in the event of a medical emergency or issue, we know that what we want done has been made clear. We are much more comfortable now knowing that our wishes have been legally set forth in the manner suits our objectives. The process was very easy as Mr. Enea and his staff are experts in this area of the law and know what to look for even when we dont. Once the documents were sent to us for review, it was obvious that we had made a good choice. Our older documents were out of line with the law and, if left in force, could potentially cause a problem for our family in the future. Closing the door to someone challenging our intentions in court has now been accomplished. We are pleased to recommend Mr. Enea and his firm to others looking to uncomplicated their wishes in a very complicated segment of the law.

My husband suffers from Parkinson's and Dementia and I am no longer able to care for him myself. Stella King, an attorney at Enea, Scanlan & Sirignano worked tirelessly on our behalf to get my husband accepted for Home Care Medicaid Assistance so that he can remain at home. The application for Medicaid Home Care is an arduous process involving many steps. Ms. King was not only extremely knowledgeable, she was responsive to my many questions and kept on top of all issues related to this. I have also benefitted from her expertise in Estate Planning (in my case for Seniors) and I am now relieved of the worry of what will become of my Estate when I die. She helped me to create legal tax savings, preventing foreseeable Probate issues, and, most importantly, alleviated much of my stress related to both Home Care and my Estate concerns. Ms. King and her colleagues are a breath of greatly needed fresh air in a system that is often not. I highly recommend them.
