Was guaranteed by Tony that finance already approved the purchase of my home and that 30 day closing on the contract was standard but being it was an approved cash purchase they will be able to close in 2 to 3 weeks . 2 weeks after signing the contract they decided they did not have the cash and wanted to put it on the market and help me sell it. This was a total scam from day one and only telling me what I wanted to hear to get me to sign the contract. Sellers beware they are not honest and what they promise does not happen.

Don't waste your time. They'll string you along until the last possible minute and then cancel your contract with no explanation...
