        I had service done with this company for changing the name board and my lights stopped working after they changed the name plate. I hate the fact that I was not even told about it, when service was done, payment was taken. I am very unhappy with the rudeness involved in handling the issue. Money is not a problem, but insensitivity to issue, once payment is received is not acceptable. I guess I would never go ahead with their service , even though the designer Mike was great and helpful, owner considers us to be fools and believe what he says and that too in a rude insensitive manner. I would never recommend this place.

      Hello, we are really sorry you feel that way. Our team did our best they could for your decades old sign by giving it a new look . Unfortunately , we are not electricians and we do not deal with electricity issues. We make it a point to not deal with that as that woud be the work of a licensed electrician. Similar to a denstist who does not work on the rest of the person's head besides someone's teeth. Even if those are in close proximity to the teeth. We will apologize to you again if you felt we were rude. We sincerely hope you enjoy our team's work on your sign for years to come and hire an electrician to fix your electical issues.
