TLDR: I had a wonderful experience at Capital Mazda, much of which is thanks to the Sales Associate I worked with - Geremiah Bair. With his help - I ordered, waited, and purchased a 2024 MX-5 Miata. I first reached out to Capital Mazda after checking Google reviews myself on the day that the 2024 MX-5 Miata site went live on Mazda's website. I reached out through the website to Capital and another Mazda dealer in the area. Capital emailed me promptly and requested my preferred communication format - a HUGE plus for me given my sporatic meetings preference for text communications. I was connected with Asheley originally who connected me to Geremiah once I was on-site. They already had a similar 2023 model ready for me to test drive. Geremiah was knowledgeable and helpful and we were able to quickly spec out and place an order for a 2024 MX-5. Throughout the order process and the wait (approximately 2 months), he kept me updated and was incredibly responsive and helpful! After the short wait, the car arrived and Geremiah was able to accommodate our schedule to inspect the car and go through the purchase process, which was smooth, especially given that we were not financing! 5/5 shopping, ordering, and purchasing experience! Y'all rock!

Geremiah, Mike, Corey, Travis, and the rest of the team made sure I knew all the features and functions of my new Mazda3 before I left! They were professional and patient while I weighed my options- for that alone Im thankful and will send my friends and family to them and be back myself!

I submitted a parts inquiry through the website, needing a cost for a replacement antenna for my mazda3. I was prompted to agree to text messaging correspondence which I did. It's now been 8 days, 1 automated form, 3 text messages, 3 emails, and I still don't have the cost of a simple replacement part. Perhaps this will drive some urgency...
