Guess I should have read the reviews prior to going online and ordering from here. Ordered flowers online for my anniversary. Did same day delivery and the flowers never arrived. I call the number on the confirmation email and it goes straight to voicemail, three times. Only went with them because they are a block away from my wife's office. Trust me DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Now I will be spending hours trying to get my money back and then have to pull the typical husband and stop to buy grocery store flowers on my way home.

First time placing an order with this Florist and my experience was less than good. Placed an order on 2/5/2020, received my confirmation (on 2/5/2020) of order received for delivery on 2/6/2020. This was a bouquet for my sister's promotion at her employment. It's after 2pm on 2/6/2020 day of delivery, and I attempt to call the florist, and the phone is disconnected. So I attempted to see if they were listed on FB, they were so I instant message them. I provide them with my order number, and the response in the instant message was, they never received my order....interesting because I received an email confirmation from you saying it's been received. So the person I was corresponding with said they would "check the system." Right...so I wait.... and no response via IM and I send another message asking if they "checked the system." Next response was an email from them stating my order was cancelled and their shop was closed due to "inclement weather." It's raining, not snowing people. And in addition, as a business owner it is YOUR responsibility to call your clients/customers and have the courtesy to tell them you cannot fulfill their order they placed the day before for ANY reason. Who and what kind of business are you running. If I would of not followed-up with them like I did, I would have never heard from them all day nor would my sister have received her flowers... oh but she did, I called another upscale reputable florist the same day and they can deliver my sister her beautiful bouquet for her. This made me happy AS her promotion has been an important part of her career and I wanted to ensure she felt the LOVE from her sister. Thank you to the OTHER Florist for the amazing customer service and fabulous bouquet my sister received today.
