        This place is absolutely beautiful! The staff is incredibly friendly! Its perfect for the family and if mom or dad need a few minutes there a cute little bistro/bar in the lobby! Kaya is fabulous! Such a kind hearted wonderful soul! Definitely take the time to stop by and say hi!

        My 2nd time here and I enjoyed my visit. The location is perfect for easy access to get anywhere in Charlotte. Its not a huge hotel, with only 3 floors it's easy to get in and out without waiting on elevators. I didn't get to interact with the staff much but when I did it was very pleasant, especially Mary, who works in the bistro. She had the lovely southern charm you hear about even though she lived in New Jersey for12 yrs.(LOL) She was a totally joy and entergtained my many questions concerning their bacon policy.(ask about it..lol). Stay there, you won't regret it.
