Pam, your sales rep did an outstanding job in providing service for us today during our visit at your store. She was very helpful and provided us with samples that we needed to make our decision.

Pam was my rep and she was great! Very organized and a must see if you are upgrading your kitchen/bathroom. They also provide samples to take home which is the best part! Areas for improvement: Have an ipad to show customers different kitchen designs with the slab they picked. For example, once the customer picks the countertops they are interested in, the rep can use an ipad to show 4-5 examples of how that color slab is used in a kitchen. This will help customers possibly narrow down the countertops they are interested in and get creative with their own thoughts/ideas. Overall still 5 out of 5 because of Pam and the experience. Manager was very personable as well!

Very friendly customer service. Great selection of materials. The reps there were helpful in selection. I would def return in the future should the need arise.

Courtney was very friendly and helpful! We came to MSI today not knowing exactly what we were looking for but she went out of her way to help us find samples/colors that complimented each other. This was the first time we have picked out counter tops and she was very patient with us throughout the process. Highly recommend!
