    Please believe me when I say this place is very unprofessional. Jaleesa was rude before I could even move in!(By the way they leave the apartments unlocked once ppl move out). They made the whole process so difficult for me I ended up finding somewhere else to live. I knew if they were being nasty to me before I could even move in, that it would be worse as an actual resident. I have been calling back & forth about my deposit refund since APRIL and its always an excuse.They dont answer the phone & the last time I spoke with them they said they mailed my refund, but I didnt get it. The address they have for me is correct. They were supposed to call me back to pick up a check but of course I never heard anything. They have the correct forwarding address. A complete disaster and an overall horrible experience.

    Shout out to Mia and Jaleesa who have helped me with my move in experience (if Im misspelling I apologize). Jaleesa was excellent help with finding my fianc and I a unit while also staying in our price range, I did have to change my move-in date due to family trouble which Mia was able to help me with (fairly quick might I add). I will be moving in about three weeks, so I am super excited to start my journey here at Avana Avebury! Thank you to the office staff for being welcoming and friendly!!

    The people in this office other than Janessa seem to have an attitude with there job. Then when you try to speak directly with her they intervene as if they want to help. Inside the apartment are very nice and updated , however outside gates dont close, potholes all around community, non working pool (but apparently you arent billed for it nor the outdated gym that kids are in and out of), non working alarm system, and some fetch package service where your required to get your packages .?? and a view charge in your amenities. You call the office with a concern or problem its disregarded as if youve said something wrong to them. Some place to call home.. August 2023 update: I will continue to stand by this place not being a place to live for tenants with expectations to get what they pay for. They do NOT answer phone calls, youll get the external office whom does nothing but take a message and request a call back that youll never receive. Youll have to keep calling back to back day after day, week after week until finally youre lucky to catch someone. But when you do, they talk with such unwelcomeness and displeasure in the job THEY chose. Lets be real, if you dont like where you work then go elsewhere because I pay too much to deal with everything I deal with at this disappointment of a living establishment. Maintenance request are not filled in a timely manner, you have to call back to back (hence my comment above) or run around to catch a person cruising in those golf carts they have. The overall unprofessionalism of this management is downright low grade and in need of a clean sweep of the higher ups and on property staff. It seems the turnover continues to be outrageous and the staff continues to get worse and even lazier. SOME pot holes got repaired shortly after my popular review but the trash job didnt last long as they continue to open these current days. Your car is towed even if you are registered (just had that happen last week, had to call and provide car details and they came out to take it off) like how inconvenient if it was a workday? Be professional, do your job correctly and KNOW your tenants and their property since you care so much and its in your system already. The playground was replaced and RUINED not shortly after as the unattended playground has objects that were taken apart by a wrench by young children and whoever else burnt a gigantic hole in the slide. It looks disgusting, its dangerous and it has yet to be repaired and its been MONTHS!!!! My daughter cant even enjoy an amenity Im sure the tenants helped pay for somewhere in our lease when yall requested a new one after our original complaints. Not even a short time later were back to square one with a filth of a playground set up. I would post the pictures but Ill save the disgust. Your gate is broken literally every week. Every. Single. Week. You demanded we get key fobs for a gate and guest system that doesnt even work? A JOKE! Yall got strangers coming in and out 25/8 and think sending an email with your chest out as you type is really going to get people to listen to yalls CAP! Parking spaces, there are none. Same people stay parked in visitors to not get towed so actual visitors dont even have a place to park and they get towed. The pool, please dont even get me started on the shenanigans over there. All Ill say is, children should be able to enjoy just as much as adults. Just because your child listens to WAP explicit doesnt mean the rest of ours do. Have some respect in spaces other people are in too. But again, that ties into nothing being done just a CAP email being sent with their chest out as they type and their nails hit the keyboard making sounds. Your job is to fill the apartments and provide quality service to your respectful and timely paying tenants but we get nothing. It seems reviews do nothing but get thumbs up for people who agree with how horrible yall are but when will something REALLY be done to benefit and uplift this fallen company? Do better or hang it up, its simple.
