        They don't let humans go back to exam room with their furbabies. The vet cancels appointments at the last minute. Some of the front desk staff have the worst attitude. Overall, only good for the first year of the puppy's life to help spread the cost of vaccines and spade/neuter.

        I'm giving it a 3-star rating mainly because the vet assistant was exceptionally helpful and professional. However, my experience was marred by the extreme rudeness of the front desk employee, Harmony. It was my first visit to the Ballantyne, Charlotte location, and I've never encountered such unprofessionalism before. I even felt compelled to express my concern about my dog's safety while under her care. I acknowledge that businesses are dealing with staffing issues, but it doesn't justify mistreating customers to this extent.

        The staff were very nice ans understanding. However, very expensive. I paid $31 for a $5 rabies shot even though my dog had been vaccinated prior but I did not have the tag with me so had to.
