Property is beautiful and maintenance is fast. Staff in the office are rude and always seem to be having a bad day.

Im obsessed with how secluded but convenient the location is. We moved here when they were just recently built and we just transferred into one of the town homes. The maintenance staff has always been super responsive. The pool is our favorite part & always fun during the summer. Everyone as far as our neighbors are friendly. The front office staff has changed a lot but the team they have now are professionals. They get it done & are on top of things! I can see me and my daughter being here for awhile. My friends tease me about living in the middle of nowhere, but its highkey paradise! Its safe, quiet & home

The apartments are beautiful and so is the property. My neighbor would yell at all the kids in the area and make complaints about it being so loud and unbearable yet my kids were asleep and management never cared, nor provided any peaceful solution. In person when you catch someone in office I think the staff are friendly and of assistance but when they tell you they will get back to you on something, they never do. I have needed to call the office on a few occasions and each time Ive made over 5 attempts in hopes someone would answer. Ive sent emails in hopes at some point in the week they would get to it, also never a single response. It is extremely frustrating that even after I have moved, a month later here I am needed confirmation on something and no one answers any calls.
