        Holler at the guy at the counter. He'll take care of you. He's been doing it for a long time(20+ years). They rent out a sub-pump to get rid of your nasty water. Remember this post Aquatech because a brother wants a discount.

        The customer service I experienced was the worst I’ve ever experienced. They did not want to help me at all. They rushed me as my husband was telling me a question to ask them. He tossed the strip on the counter as if I was a bother to be asking. I’m a first time pool owner & where I was recommended was completely horrible. They do not want to help.
