        Purchased a vehicle and within the 90 day 4000mile warranty a motor mount failed. After contacting the service dept and speaking with Brandon, the service manager he had the repair taken care of no problem!..

        Business office was rude and ineffective in obtaining the title our car. Business manager was rude and condescending to deal with and could not provide basic information and dates to when paperwork was submitted. Also, part was missing from vehicle, it was noticed day of purchase and Carmax was notified that day. We were never notified that the part was in ant the service department. Had to call and check to on the status. Worst experience ever and will never shop at Carmax again.
