W.J. Smith Construction did a fantastic job on our rental house in Greenville! I had a great feeling about Will from the beginning and my gut feeling was correct! He gave me honest feedback on my options, he was fair in his pricing and was great to work with. His crew was very efficient, and they cleaned up every bit of the debris. They were up front with the renters living there about when they would arrive and what to expect, and Will kept me in the loop by sending pictures throughout the process. They were completely done in a day and a half and that included having a rain delay. I cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend W.J. My roof sprung a leak, and I called W.J. Smith Constructions in a panic. Willie, the owner, was incredibly professional and responsive. He came out quickly to assess the damage and had my roof fixed within the day! I highly recommend them for their fast and friendly service.

I recently had Willie replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They completed the job in three days, exactly as promised. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and they cleaned up meticulously afterwards. I would highly recommend W.J Smith Construction to anyone needing roofing work in Greenville.

I am so fortunate to have asked Mr. Smith to replace our roof. He did an amazing job! It looks wonderful. We are some pretty tough customers. We did not accept quotes that could have saved a couple of pennies. because we know the roof is one of the most important (and costly in most cases) parts of a home. It has to be not only of good quality materials, but installed properly and definitely in a timely manner. We asked lots of specific questions which definitely ruled out some folks quickly! Being a roofer in Greenville is very competitive I am sure. But you dont want to gamble.call him. This isnt my first roof so I know what to expect. His crew cleaned up every single nail. Yes I have my own magnet and checked! 2 days amazing results. Dont gamble. Save it for the lottery!
