Had them come out this summer to pump out several septic tanks. Came out quickly, and found tanks quickly and timely. Would recommend them to anyone! A great company to have tanks pumped out!

I had a wonderful experience with Simpson Plumbing today! I called about 11:30am to see if they could pump our septic tank today because I was off work today. Two gentlemen came to my house about 2pm. They were kind, quick, and effective. Im very pleased with the service and work.

Our septic was backing up in our and we thought the tank needed to be pumped. John and Andrew came out and fixed the issue. They were very friendly and explained everything. Even offered reasonable solutions. Simpson fit us in their busy schedule with charging an additional emergency fee. Top notch service I will definitely use them again in the future.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. PUT ME OFF FOR 4 DAYS regarding a toilet that was leaking into a downstairs bedroom! Continual communication problems between the women who answer the phone and finally promised someone would come Friday after lunch only to have the plumber call at 2:30 to tell me he wasn't coming.
