        Extremely poor communication. Dana loan officer on many attempts sent us straight to voicemail. I have many text saying Ill give you a call back. Well that simply wasnt the case. she also made many claims before knowing the facts about the VA lending guidelines. Honestly we feel scammed. Even if your clients arent ready to purchase a home this year, you would think they would still be professional and communicate. To retain that customer for the following year especially since she knows we will be purchasing. This will be our third purchase, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

        We just bought a house through Gateway with Nikki Eason and she was wonderful! She was always there to help when we had a question and to explain everything to us. When we went to close she came with us for support and made us a very nice binder with all our paperwork for the house in it.
